Spicy Baked Tilapia


  • 4 fresh tilapia fillets
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced or pressed
  • 1 tsp. paprika
  • 1 tsp. ginger
  • 1 tsp. fresh ground black pepper
  • 1 tsp. dried mustard
  • 1 tsp. chili powder
  • 1 pinch cayenne pepper

Preparation and Cooking Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400ºF.
  • Line your baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a medium-sized bowl combine olive oil, garlic, paprika, ginger, black pepper, cayenne pepper, mustard, and chili powder.
  • Dip each fillet in the seasoning and place them on the baking sheet.
  • Pour any remaining seasoning over the fillets on the sheet and place them in the oven.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes until the fish flakes easily.
